IAN PASK

As General Manager, Ian Pask is responsible for all of ACW Holdings developments. Having been in the property business for more than 30 years, originally from the UK, Ian started work as an apprentice trainee for the family property firm of AC Frost and Co in South Buckinghamshire. Following the purchase by the Property division of the Prudential Corporation, he became Group Manager responsible for offices in West London and Middlesex with a specialisation in new development.

In the UAE since 2000 and after being heavily involved in the development of commercial, residential and retail towers in Jumeirah Lake Towers community, Dubai; in particular the first freehold office tower completed in the Emirate, he opened a property brokerage in 2006 and quickly moved into development.

In addition to his role as General Manager, his responsibilities cover the development of the businesses and Head of Planning and Development. In this capacity, he controls finance, planning, land acquisition, plus consultant, contractor and interior design relationships, as well as building investment concepts and follow through along with facilities management.

With extensive experience in the UK, European and Middle East property markets, a degree in Human resource management, in addition to having worked across Europe and the USA, Ian brings a wealth of experience to ACW Holdings and intends to move the business forward with developments in Africa and Asia.
