Certified Completion

The Light Commercial Tower is now certified by the contractor as Completed. We are very excited about this historic milestone for the company and our investors. Investors in the Light Commercial Tower will be notified immediately about the completion and explained the process of Handover that will follow.

The level of detail in the finish throughout the building is stunning with an attention to detail on the door-signage, parking garages and exquisite marble in the lobby and hallways. No detail has been neglected from the stairwells to the bathrooms to ensure that our tenants and visitors alike have an ideal experience at The Light Commercial Tower.

The site has been fully fitted with health and safety requirements with fire doors, fire extinguishers, fire hoses and emergency signage.
