Land Acquisition

ACW Holdings hold a land bank of prime residential and commercial land for development.

We have acquired and continue to acquire plots in New Dubai and have recently extended our land interests into other Emirates, such as Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. In the acquisition of plots we have chosen areas that show strong potential growth in their value and benefit from infrastructure developments led by the Government.

Our plots are sourced directly from the Master Developers including Nakheel, Emaar, Rakeen and Mizin.

All ownership documents are available for inspection at any time by contacting our 'land department' in the Dubai Office on Sheikh Zayed Road.

All of our plots owned are all ready pre-approved with outline planning permissions for the construction of a range of top quality buildings.
