Platinum One, our luxury managed apartment building in Arjan (Dubai), is nearing completion. With a new stylized identity, reflective of the exclusivity and luxury we are aspiring to and a strong offer for guests, we are confidently preparing the project for the market in 2013.
The ground-floor has been revisited with our interior designer with the courtyard and the entrance being re-worked to provide a sense of grandeur on arrival.
The building is expected to be certified as complete in the coming weeks and we will be notifying buyers about the final payment once we have received the ‘Building Completion Certificate’.
