With the procurement work underway for our developments, we’ve been concentrating on finalising the key fixtures and mechanical needs such as the Fuji Lifts and Bathroom Fittings. We have upgraded all the sanitary ware and fittings from those originally specified and are using hidden cisterns with ultra modern wall hanging WC’s and sunken basins. Within the retail areas we are taking Charlton Handicapped specialist WC’s and associated fittings.
For fittings we’ve chosen the German Company Kludi that has partnered with RAK Ceramics. Kludi’s manufacturing plant is fitted with the latest European technology and the high-quality German parts provide long-lasting quality.
