Located on Sheikh Zayed road, next to the Emirates Golf Club and opposite Dubai Marina and Dubai Internet City, the Emaar Business Park is a thriving hub of commerce and activity, rich with amenities from comfortable restaurants, cafes and banks.

Our new offices will put us closer to our developments in Jumeirah Village and Arjan and nearer to the Jebel Ali Free Zone where our logistics office is based.

Our developments in Arjan have been proceeding well. Excavations are underway on across our developments and the shoring works have recently commenced on the Light. The appointment of Al Jassmy will further consolidate our strong project performance with their extensive experience in construction.
