As we come near to the end of 2011 and with our developments nearing their completion dates, we have a lot of exciting news to share with our investors about the future of your property investment with ACW Holdings.

With our showrooms in place, we have created stunning 3D Panoramic Photographs of our one-bedroom and studio apartments which are now available on our website to view.

The process of furnishing over 1,000 properties is extensive, and we have entered into a purchase contract for over 48,000,000 AED worth of furniture for our units. The furniture supplied by RUA Furniture is of ultra-high grade and will serve our investors for years to come.

RERA has brought with it many changes to the property and ownership laws in Dubai, and one of the most important of these is the homeowners association. We have now appointed Novus Community Managers as the Interim Owners Association Manager for The Light Commercial Tower, as the largest and most experienced Home Owners Association Managers in Dubai, we feel secure that we have provided our Investors the best possible service for the management of their property at the onset of project handover.
