Shoring Shoring refers to the placing of props or braces, called shores, against or beneath a structure for support. Shoring is required at the excavation stage of construction where deep foundations require support to stabilize the surrounding earth in order to maintain the structural integrity. Strata Law Provides a legal framework that enables a building with multiple-ownership to be subdivided into units and common areas and for owners to register their unit ownership with their respective land registry departments.
