PLATINUM 2 PROJECT DELAY

Platinum 2 has been subject to unexpected delays due to an issue between the Master Developer, Mizin and the Road Transport Authority (RTA). We have been liaising with the RTA, Mizin and Dubai Municipality to seek a resolution on the matter, but as yet have received no indication as to when we can resume works on the site.
All owners of Platinum 2 properties have been sent confirmation of this during June 2009. ACW Holdings will provide further details on the status of the Platinum 2 project as and when we receive information from the different government departments or Master developer. RERA are fully aware of the situation. |
