We have chosen the Main Contractor, New Valley Building Contracting Co LLC, from the Corporate Group that owns Al Jassmy, who are currently working on our projects, The Light and Platinum One. The progress following the handover of these sites in Arjan to Al Jassmy has been significant and we are pleased to be expanding our relationship with this organisation, given that they have proven their performance to us on The Light and Platinum One.
The Building Permit for Kensington Manor and Knightsbridge Court will be transferred to New Valley Building Contracting Co LLC as soon as possible. They will mobilise on site while the permit is transferred and will commence works shortly after.
