BUILDING PERMIT RECEIVED
November 3, 2009
The Main Contractor took handover over of the site in October, commencing with the cleaning of the shoring & piling wall, the compaction of the ground and other activities.
The commencement of the works has been dependent on the receipt of the Building Permit from Nakheel (Jafza), which we are now in possession of, and the Main Contractor will continue to work to their agreed schedule.

- Main Contractor taken possession from excavation company
- Main Contractor to start works in mid-November
