SITE APPROVALS & 1M EXCAVATION

Kensington Manor has transformed considerably since our last construction update. We are pleased in general with the progress on these developments and have met the requirements of the Dubai Municipality and the Master Developer for this stage of initial works.
- We have seen the erection of fencing, signboards and the site offices.
- The initial excavations have been carried out and heavy machinery placed on the site.
- The site is well organised with labour huts and gravelled pathways for the comfort of staff working on site.
- The site has been checked by the health and safety authorities and received the necessary approvals.
- We have also received further approvals from the electricity, water suppliers and telecommunications companies.
