Plot Handover & Initial Construction Begins

We have received the physical plot - handover from Nakheel for Kensington Manor. Geofoundation are readying themselves for mobilisation on the site with excavation works.
- Construction will begin with fencing, excavation and land preparation, allowing the foundations and structural work to proceed.
- Our main-contractor Haqqani, an ISO 9001-2001 certified company, will start the structural work following the completion of the groundworks.
